Most of our clients enter into one of our Service Contracts, which offers them a Preventive Maintenance program which drives down their total IT costs.

Our Service contracts have different options but typically include 24 x 7 x 365 on site and remote monitoring, remediation (repairs, fixes, security patches and Windows updates, virus protection), help desk services and IT project management. Our Service customers also receive our highest level of emergency priority support.
